Terms & Conditions
By applying for admission to Awasthi Group of Institutions, the applicant (student and parent/guardian) agrees to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Admission Criteria
Admission is granted strictly as per eligibility criteria prescribed by the concerned University, Statutory Councils (NCISM / INC / BCI / PCI or other applicable authorities) and Government regulations applicable at the time of admission.
2. Provisional Nature of Admission
All admissions are provisional and subject to:
Verification of original documents
Approval by the University / Counselling Authority
Fulfilment of eligibility norms
The Institution shall not be responsible for cancellation of admission by any statutory authority at any stage.
3. Document Verification
Applicants must submit genuine, complete, and valid documents.
If any document is found forged, altered, misleading, or incorrect, admission shall be cancelled immediately without any refund and legal action may be initiated if required.
4. Fee Payment
Fees must be paid within the stipulated time as notified by the Institution.
Delay or non-payment of fees may result in cancellation of admission.
Fee structure once notified is subject to revision as per regulatory authority norms.
5. Fee Refund Policy
The Fee Refund Policy shall strictly follow the guidelines issued by the respective Regulatory Authorities / University / Government of India from time to time.
General Refund Guidelines
Full refund (after deduction of processing charges, (if any) shall be applicable if cancellation application is filled before last round of Counselling.
Partial refund may be applicable depending on the date of withdrawal and commencement of the academic session. This rule is applicable only for Mess/Transport fee, where services will not be consumed.
No refund shall be applicable:
After the admission cut-off date notified by the Counselling Authority / University
In case of student discontinuation after joining
In case of cancellation due to ineligibility, false information, or disciplinary action.
**Admission/Registration Fee shall be not be refunded in any case.
Refunds shall be processed only after:
Submission of written application
Clearance of all institutional dues
Collection of original documents (if applicable)
Processing time for refund shall be as per regulatory timelines. All the refund generally gets processed after all counsellings gets over and classes gets resumed.
6. Cancellation of Admission
The Institution reserves the right to cancel admission if:
Eligibility conditions are not met
Fees are not paid as per schedule
Documents are incomplete or invalid
Student is involved in indiscipline, misconduct, or violation of rules
7. Code of Conduct & Discipline
Students must strictly adhere to:
Institutional rules and regulations
Academic discipline and code of conduct
Anti-ragging norms
Any violation may lead to disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion without refund.
8. Attendance & Academic Requirements
Students must maintain minimum attendance as prescribed by the University / Council.
Failure to meet attendance or academic requirements may result in detention or debarment from examinations.
9. Anti-Ragging Compliance
Submission of Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student and Parent is mandatory as per UGC / statutory norms.
Ragging is a punishable offence and shall be dealt with strictly as per law.
10. Hostel & Transport Facilities
Hostel and transport facilities are subject to availability. In certain courses Hostel facility is mandatory and
Separate rules, regulations, and fee structures shall apply. Please do check with admission counsellors for this.
11. Medical Fitness
The Institution may require a medical fitness certificate and reserves the right to conduct medical examination if necessary.
12. Use of Institutional Property
Students shall be responsible for the proper use of institutional facilities. Any damage to property shall attract penalty and recovery of costs.
13. Right to Amend
The Management reserves the right to:
Amend rules, regulations, and policies
Modify fee structure or academic schedules
Take decisions in the best interest of students and the institution
Such changes shall be binding on all students.
14. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of admission shall be subject to the NALAGARH Jurisdiction of court, where the Institution is located.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the admission application and paying fees, the student and parent/guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above Terms & Conditions and the Fee Refund Policy.
